Introduction

1. Questionnaire - You complete our 5 min online questionnaire so we get to know a bit about you and your project!

2. Consultation - We set up a free in person or virtual consultation where we discuss your needs, style, and goals for the project.

3. Design Agreement - From our consultation, we formally draft up our design agreement outlining project scope, requirements, and budget. Once mutually agreed upon and signed, we require 20% of your design fee to formally kick off design.

Design

4. Inspiration - as we begin to design your space, we ask you to like, dislike, and add inspiration to a shared Pinterest board. These can be photos of a perfect paint color, particular tile pattern, or simply a photo that evokes your personal style.

5. Creative Presentation - this is where the real fun begins. We formally present design boards and scaled spatial layouts for the project - complete with furniture, rugs, lighting, wall coverings, accessories, and other finish options in addition to samples of the proposed materials.

Implementation

6. Procurement - once final decisions are made, we start the ordering process. At KNM Design, you can expect end to end project management where we place the orders with vendors, coordinate with any subcontractors or tradesmen, and oversee shipping and delivery.

7. Installation - we handle moving coordination, delivery, and install for your completed project for that WOW moment!
